Brad Brooks is the Founder and Managing Principal of Sidford Capital LLC, a commercial real estate investment and management firm focused on acquiring and developing commercial real estate properties which was founded in 2001. Mr. Brooks has more than 30 years’ worth of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Brooks is intimately involved in all facets of the firm’s activities including sourcing, underwriting, structuring, asset/property management, construction management and dispositions of the firm’s assets.

Mr. Brooks received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in finance and marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He began his professional career at Marcus & Millichap of Denver as a commercial investment broker. Mr. Brooks continued his real estate experience at Sevo Miller Inc. where he brokered investment properties and expanded into property leasing, property management, and mortgage banking. Brad is a 5th generation native of Colorado.

Andy Wolf joined Sidford Capital LLC in 2012. Mr. Wolf oversees the asset management of the company’s portfolio including the development and execution of value added asset strategies, review of acquisitions, dispositions, vendor relationships, tenant improvements, and the evaluation of asset performance against budget/relevant benchmarks.

Mr. Wolf received a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. Prior to joining Sidford Capital LLC, Mr. Wolf served as Vice President for JCR Capital where he helped originate, underwrite, and close over $60M worth of transactions. Prior to JCR, Mr. Wolf worked in both commercial real estate and structured finance.

Dan Grooters is a Principal at Sidford Capital LLC, a commercial real estate investment and management firm focused on acquiring and developing commercial real estate properties, which was founded in 2001. Mr. Grooters joined the firm in 2021 after nearly 30 years as a commercial real estate investment sales broker specializing in private capital transactions in the retail, office and industrial sector. While in brokerage one of his largest clients was Sidford Capital and they completed over 70 investment sales transactions together, forging a strong business relationship and friendship. Mr. Grooters focuses on sourcing acquisitions, handling dispositions, raising equity and growing the investment platform.

Mr. Grooters received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in marketing from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He began his brokerage career in real estate at Marcus & Millichap in 1995. He was then recruited to join Grubb & Ellis in 2002. Before the bankruptcy of Grubb & Ellis, he went to CBRE, for a short period, followed by his most recent position as an Executive Managing Director at the Denver office of Newmark. During his 25 year brokerage career he completed over $2.5 billion in transactions and was regarded as one of the top investment sales professionals in the Colorado marketplace.

Dan resides in the Denver area with his wife, two children and two dogs.

Blake Kahlich serves as the Director of Leasing for Sidford Capital LLC. Mr. Kahlich is responsible for the sourcing and execution of the firms’ leasing strategy. Mr. Kahlich creates leasing opportunities through market knowledge and personal tenant relationships. In addition to leasing, Mr. Kahlich creates and maintains a detailed portfolio consisting of competing properties, market rental rates, market operating expenses, and an active tenant directory for every Sidford Capital LLC asset and potential acquisition.

Mr. Kahlich received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Northern Arizona University. Prior to Sidford Capital, Mr. Kahlich worked as a Project Manager for Westco Development Corp. in Tucson which was focused on single family residential development and construction.

TK Hammond joined Prime Management in 2022. Mr. Hammond is principally focused on leasing and further contributes across the full spectrum of our commercial real estate offerings. Mr. Hammond works closely with our in-house leasing team to identify and secure prospective tenants as well as assists in executing the leasing strategy for each property in the portfolio. Mr. Hammond is a graduate of the University of Denver with a BS in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate.

Angela Kuo joined Sidford Capital LLC/Prime Management in 2020. Angela is responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions within property management. Ms. Kuo is also
responsible for managing rent roll, rent payments, vendor invoicing, and property taxes.

Ms. Kuo attended University of Texas Pan American and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in degree specialized in Marketing. Angela moved to Colorado in 2012. Prior to joining Prime Management, Ms. Kuo worked at Metropia Management LLC. Her focus was on property management, tenant leasing, maintenance, and bookkeeping duties.

Frenchie Foster joined Prime Management in 2021. Frenchie serves as an Asset Manager for the company’s commercial portfolio. She oversees the financial, accounting, and administrative affairs for each tenant. Mrs. Foster conducts formal site inspections at least monthly, in compliance with established standard operating policies and procedures.

Mrs. Foster attended Murray State University and moved to Colorado in 2018. Francesca has five years of Multi-family and Hospitality Management experience. Prior to joining Prime Management, Francesca worked for Cardinal Group Management. She designed and implemented management strategies necessary for meeting the needs and requirements of the clients and building.

Billy Edwards joined Sidford Capital LLC in 2022. Mr. Edwards is responsible for underwriting the firm’s acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio management, investment analysis, market due diligence, as well as assisting with investment and debt packages.

Mr. Edwards received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Economics from the University of Vermont. Prior to joining Sidford Capital LLC, Mr. Edwards worked at Newmark in Denver as an investment analyst for two brokers specializing in private capital transactions in the retail, office, and industrial sector. Prior to Newmark, Mr. Edwards worked in both commercial real estate and corporate finance.

Ms. Ouk joined Sidford in 2023. Ms. Ouk serves as an Asset Manager for Sidford’s commercial portfolio including all aspects of property management, financial reporting, and tenant relations. Prior to Sidford, Ms. Ouk held various roles in operations, project management, and property management.

Olivera Nikolic joined Sidford Capital in 2023. Ms. Nikolic is responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions within the Sidford portfolio. Ms. Nikolic is also responsible for bank reconciliations, managing rent payments, vendor invoicing and property taxes.

Olivera is completing her degree in Accounting at Community College of Denver.

Mr. Foster is a highly skilled carpenter/foreman with an advanced general knowledge of all commercial and residential maintenance who specializes in pipe fitting.

Mr. Garcia has a wealth of knowledge specializing in electrical work and general construction project management.

Ms. Agosti joined Prime Management in 2026. Ms. Agosti comes from a background in hotel management, where she developed a strong focus on customer service, operations, and creating positive, seamless experiences. Ms. Agosti will be supporting tenants and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
